Affiliation with three homes

FFAC is affiliated with three homes of volunteer workers to help with handicapped children and unwed expecting mothers in Chiangmai province and a shelter for migrant Karen and Burmese and Mon children at Sangklaburi district, Kanjanaburi province.

Hope Home, was established to provide both residential and respite care to children with physical disabilities. HH. will assist the child to develop to their full potential, give their parents a much needed break and give the child plenty of “TLC” with new friends and nourishing food.

Swallow Nest Home, was established to provide housing for pregnant women and their children for a period of one year while they solve their problems and receive job training. During this time the mother can freely decide whether to keep her newborn child or take advantage of FFAC’s adoption services.

Baan Dada Children’s Home-Migrant Children Education Project:
Baan Unrak Children’s Home

Both homes are in Sungklaburi district (in the western part of Thailand), Kanjanaburi province. The Baan Dada Children’s Home & Baan Unrak Children’s Home are shelters for migrant Karen and Burmese and Mon children who are either orphaned or are from single mothers who are abandoned their child due to poverty.

The children are originated from border area whose surviving relatives moved to Thai border due to political instability in Burma.
